Gardens in the sand is an exploration of xeriscape gardening. Set in the middle of a hawthorn thicket, it's a process of removing thorns and planting flowers & vegetables.

Looking good , as usual. My Snake cotton in full swing, too. Glad to see the Monarch. Any rain? Fairly dry here, with a front predicted for this weekend.
Macon is getting good rain... My house? Not so much... on the whether radar... I watch the fronts split apart to avoid giving me the rain needed...Although... the occasional half inch is appreciated... certainly beats the drought years when we had as much brown on the drought monitor as you all in TX.
